DigiVino Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information digivino.com collects, how we use it and who we share it with. DigiVino LLC runs this website. Questions go to [email protected] or (423) 415-1368.
What do we collect?
Information you give us:
- When you sign up for our emails, your email address. Mailchimp sends a confirmation email first, and you are added only after you confirm.
- When you book a call, the scheduling form, provided by Calendly, collects your name, email address and anything you choose to tell us.
- When you email or call us, we have what you send.
- When you run the AI Visibility Check, you enter a business name, website and, optionally, a city. We use it once to run the check and do not store it.
Information collected automatically:
- Google Analytics records how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed, approximate location and device type, using cookies. We do not use Google Analytics advertising features.
- Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
How do we use it?
To answer you, send the emails you signed up for, run the services you ask for, understand which pages are useful, and keep the site secure. We do not sell personal information.
Emails from DigiVino
Our email list is kept in Mailchimp. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us at [email protected] to take you off. Mailchimp records whether our emails are opened and which links are clicked, which helps us see what is useful.
Who do we share it with?
Only with the companies that help us run the site: Google (analytics), Mailchimp (email), Calendly (scheduling), Cloudflare (hosting and security), and, for the AI Visibility Check, OpenAI, Google and Perplexity, as described in our AI Policy. Each handles data under its own privacy terms. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies to tell visits apart. You can block cookies in your browser settings, or use Google’s opt-out browser add-on for Google Analytics. The site works without them.
How long do we keep it?
Your email address, until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Booking details and emails, for as long as we need them to work with you, and as the law requires. Analytics data for 2 to 14 months.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you, by writing to [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under your state’s law, and we will honor them.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

We will post any changes here and update the date above.
