99% of the sites we build are on content management systems or “CMS.” This permits our clients’ to easily update and maintain their Web sites, even if they are not programmers and designers. (Of course, for those clients who want to focus on the business at hand, and leave the Web work to us, we also provide retainer services to handle this and more.)
The image above, (top left) shows a new Web site we created on a CMS, beside (top right) how the same site looks n the “back end,” where the client can edit the site. Conversely, on the bottom left we show the original site, prior to our redesign. The final image (bottom right) shows what the engineer sees when editing that type of a site. As you can see, editing on a CMS is a welcome change from maintaining a traditional Web site, which requires an engineer (read: time and money) to update it.
All of the sites showcased on www.DigiVino.com, such as www.RivieraWineClub.com, are built on WordPress (one of the world’s most popular and robust content management systems) although we also build using Joomla and/or Drupal CMS if appropriate.
